iphone 4s first look at apple event 2011The wait is over now, but unfortunately for those looking for iPhone 5, the news is that its the iPhone 4S has been announced at the the Apple’s event in Cupertino which is under way at this time. Just like its predecessor, iPhone 4S has the same outlook but its a bit changed from the inside. Apple has added a dual core A5 processor to the iPhone 4S along with a new dual core GPU that will boost graphics performance by up to 7x. On the front we’ve the same Retina Display, that we all love and ofcourse the same glass black. the antenna which was a serious issue when iPhone 4 was launched, now has been revamped, which can now intelligently switch between two altogether different sets of antennas built to avid dropping calls while you hold it.  These antennas are connected to a dual-mode GSM and CDMA radio that will let Apple’s handset roam the globe while enjoying either 14.4Mbps HSPA+ or EVDO.

One the whole its just a revised specs, nothing more. Else we have been waiting for the iPhone 5 for a long time, and now its look like that we’ll have to wait for some more months….
